Business Intelligence Analyst - Supply Chain & Operations Analytic

The Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a strategic analytics partner supporting Workplace Infrastructure & Logistics and Administrative Services operational functions. This role applies advanced analytics, business intelligence, process automation, and performance management practices to help leaders improve service delivery, optimize resources, support workforce and budget planning, and measure organizational performance. The analyst will develop enterprise-ready reporting solutions, establish KPI frameworks, integrate operational data across multiple systems, and deliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze operational performance across facilities, workplace services, food services, mail, print, supply chain, logistics, and asset management functions.
• Identify trends, risks, performance gaps, resource utilization opportunities, and operational improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, modeling, and business case development.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks that align operational activities with organizational objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify critical success measures, performance drivers, and service-level indicators.
• Develop performance scorecards that support operational, tactical, and executive decision-making.
• Establish measurement hierarchies that enable metrics to roll from frontline operations through executive reporting.
• Support WIL's data governance initiatives by promoting data quality, ownership, stewardship, metadata management, and standardized business definitions.
• Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Enterprise Data Governance teams to improve trust and consistency of operational data assets.
• Assist in establishing governance processes that support regulatory, audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple business systems into unified reporting environments.
• Develop automated monitoring, alerts, and performance visibility tools.
• Support development of centralized operational data repositories and reporting environments.
• Design automated workflows and reporting processes using Power Platform and other modern analytics technologies.
• Improve operational data collection, integration, and reporting through automation and process redesign.
• Develop analytical models supporting workforce planning, labor analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions.
• Analyze operational demand, service utilization, and workload trends to support capacity planning efforts.
• Provide scenario analysis and forecasting to help leaders evaluate future operational needs and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• College/university degree or 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with reporting capabilities of existing ERP, CRM and/or database software vendors
• Familiarity with querying and/or programming for data analysis
• Basic understanding of visualization & reporting components
• Knowledge of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis
• Research skills
• Interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational services organizations such as logistics, supply chain, facilities, workplace services, asset management, food services, distribution, or corporate real estate.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and operational performance reporting.
• Experience integrating multiple business data sources to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Experience automating reporting processes and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource optimization, or operational decision support.
• Exposure to data governance, stewardship, and data quality practices.

Desired Technical Skills:

• Advanced Power BI development, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• SQL querying, data transformation, and data integration experience.
• Microsoft Power Platform experience including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Forms-based solutions.
• Statistical analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience with operational analytics, service delivery metrics, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise operational systems including IWMS, EAM, CMMS, ERP, inventory, logistics, or workforce management platforms.
