Job Description:

Senior Payments Product leader with experience shaping product strategy across payment processing, merchant services, gateways, ACHcard, and payment operations. AI Payments strategist with experience identifying where AI agentic capabilities can materially change payment economics, customer experience, risk, and operational models. Comfortable engaging C suite payment executives to shape the product vision, investment priorities, and multiyear transformation roadmap not just requirements.

• The expectation is for a senior native product professional who has expertise in Data or AI led Product Management and who can help strategize product initiatives, processes, and frameworks in collaboration with CSPO's across Merchant, B2B, and Print domains.
• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the B2B, Merchant & Print Align product strategy with business goals, revenue targets, and evolving market trends Identify and drive continuous enhancement opportunities to maximize product value and growth
• Data Analysis & Insights Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and business metrics to generate actionable insights Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement Product Performance Monitoring Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue Evaluate product performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Market & Customer Research Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities Gather customer feedback via surveys, interviews, and usage data Cross-functional Collaboration.
• Senior Payments Product leader with experience shaping product strategy across payment processing, merchant services, gateways, ACH/card, and payment operations.
• Has defined and launched new payment products/capabilities, including market positioning, business case, operating model, and commercialization strategy.
• AI + Payment's strategist with experience identifying where AI/agentic capabilities can materially change payment economics, customer experience, risk, and operational models. Comfortable engaging C-suite/payment executives to shape the product vision, investment priorities, and multi-year transformation roadmap- not just requirements or delivery.
