- Conduct employee training to industry standards
- DMR data collection & review meetings
- Re-certification training
- QA representative at meetings as required
- Assist with Annual Internal Audits and Product Process Audits to ensure compliance
- Create Dan's requested by Quality Assurance and to maintain Training Plans
- Perform other assignments as required
- Assist in monitoring personnel and processes to ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies and procedures
- Update area supervision regarding concerns
- Assist and support other special projects and tasks as necessary
- Contract Review per QAOP 4.3
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes together with work measurement and work standards
- Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required
- Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities
- Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing desired
- Intermediate level of computer skills in email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Project and MRP/ERP
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business
- Negotiation and conflict management skills together with demonstrated experience troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and adapt within a rapidly changing environment
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in maintaining production and inventory control standards in a manufacturing setting
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience with ISO or AS environments a plus
