1.       L1–L2 Pre-Functional Verification

a.       Verify the equipment installed matches the submittals.

b.       Review with the QA/QC team the torque verification and insulation resistance testing reports

c.       confirm with the NETA agent that the SCCS settings are set per the latest revision of the study.

d.       Review with QA/QC team to confirm the NETA test documentation required by the specifications have been submitted, verify equipment tested has passed, and reviewed for grammatical errors.

e.       Validate readiness of MV switchgear, transformers, LV Switchgear, MCS/MDB lineups, ATS units, Load centers, Panelboards, and Generators.

f.        Confirm Vendor pre-energization checks are complete and vendor has verified program REV is per the specifications.

g.       Perform  CX Alloy 2B verified walks with QA/QC team to confirm conditions are satisfied for the CX A 2C walks to be scheduled.

h.       Create issues in CX Alloy for all deficiencies that can not be resolved, or issues not resolved, by end of day.

i.         Review CX alloy issues for resolution

2. L3 Energization Oversight

a.       CX SME electrical has final verification to the energy marshal that conditions are satisfied for energization of equipment

b.       Validate phasing, voltage verification, and protective settings activation.

c.       Ensure compliance with approved energization sequence.

d.       Verify L3 vendor startup checklists and completed in a timely manner, communicate any issues preventing completion.

e.       Verify with stakeholders that L3 requirements by Mechanical and Controls are completed, coordinate with customer and contractors for resolution of any issues preventing completion.

3. L4-L5 support             

a.       Provide field coordination with CX Agent for vendor and trade partner support

b.       Provide field coordination and verification for CX issues resolution

c.       Coordinate with the CX team throughout testing to ensure support for any schedule changes.
