Junior Cyber Security & IT Support Technician

A financial services organisation in South Yorkshire is seeking a motivated Cyber Security & IT Support Technician to join its technology team. What You'll Be Doing As part of the technology team, you'll be involved in a variety of day-to-day activities including: IT Support

• Providing technical support to colleagues across the business.
• Assisting users with software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Setting up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
• Troubleshooting common IT problems and escalating more complex issues when necessary. Networking
• Supporting the maintenance of business networks and connectivity.
• Assisting with the configuration of switches, routers, and wireless technologies.
• Monitoring network performance and reporting potential issues.

• Monitoring security alerts and investigating potential threats.
