Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery planning, scheduling, and execution across all workstreams
• Coordinate across UX, web, mobile, backend, and quality engineering teams to keep parallel workstreams aligned
• Maintain the delivery roadmap, risk register, and dependency register throughout the engagement
• Identify and manage schedule risk, escalating issues early and driving them to resolution
• Facilitate staffing transitions as workstreams ramp up, peak, and wind down
• Coordinate with client-side product, business, and technical stakeholders to secure timely decisions and approvals
• Track scope against the agreed release plan and flag potential scope creep
• Lead project status reporting, governance meetings, and stakeholder communication
• Support release readiness planning and coordinate production launch activities
• Own transition of delivery responsibility back to client operational teams at engagement close

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management for digital product engagements
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams spanning design, web, mobile, and backend development
• Experience delivering under a Time & Materials or similar staff-augmentation commercial model
• Strong track record managing schedule risk and cross-team dependencies on fixed-deadline projects
• Comfortable working in an agile, overlapping-workstream delivery model
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both technical and business-facing
• Experience with third-party platform integrations (e.g., loyalty, CRM, or similar SaaS platforms) is a plus
• Skilled in project management and reporting tools
