Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT and business transformation projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale, complex IT or business transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies including PMI/PMBOK, Agile, and Hybrid.
Hands-on experience in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams.
Strong background in risk management, issue tracking, change management, and project governance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting executive-level status reports.
Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and procurement requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with State Government or Public Sector organizations, preferably in Public Safety or Law Enforcement.
Experience managing projects under state procurement frameworks such as FAST, DIR, or similar contracts.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or an equivalent certification.
Experience managing IT system implementations, enterprise applications, or data systems.
