•             Comfortable working with data extensions and complex segmentation logic (SQL experience is a bonus)

•             Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and contact/lead/campaign/campaign member objects

•             An understanding of cross-cloud integration (Marketing Cloud Sales Cloud)

•             Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, segmentation, personalization, testing, and compliance)

•             Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

•             Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

•             Self-starter who can work independently and isn''''''''''''''''t afraid to ask thoughtful questions

•             Willingness and aptitude to learn new platforms
