ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Lead to lead end-to-end quality engineering across Salesforce, CPQ, and Zuora platforms. 

The role will own test strategy, release validation, and defect governance while partnering with product, engineering, and business 

teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce testing expertise, hands-on SOQL knowledge. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Lead QA strategy and execution for Salesforce applications, integrations, and business workflows. 

Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI. 

Create test plans, scenarios, cases, traceability, and release-readiness criteria for Salesforce, CPQ, and Zuora. 

Validate Salesforce data, business rules, and backend processes using SOQL queries. 

Perform functional, regression, integration, API, smoke, and release validation testing. 

Coordinate testing across CPQ, subscription, billing, invoicing, and payment-related workflows involving Zuora. 

Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, quality reporting, and release assessments. 

Mentor QA engineers and drive reusable components, code reviews, and continuous improvement. 

Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and distributed business stakeholders. 

Integrate automated suites with CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable execution across environments. 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including leadership of QA initiatives. 

Strong experience testing Salesforce applications, custom objects, workflows, permissions, integrations, and data models. 

Hands-on SOQL experience for backend data validation and test verification. 

Experience testing Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, amendments, renewals, and approvals. 

Experience validating Zuora subscription, billing, invoicing, and integration workflows. 

Experience designing reusable components, test data strategies, and reporting solutions. 

Knowledge of API, integration, regression, and release validation testing. 

Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD-based development environments. 

Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

NICE TO HAVE 

Salesforce certifications or Salesforce QA leadership experience. 

Experience with REST API testing tools such as Postman. 

Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or comparable CI/CD tools. 

Experience testing Salesforce integrations with ERP, payment, or revenue-management platforms.
