Job Description: AI Agent Engineer (Python & Oracle ERP Finance)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Engineer with strong Python development expertise and hands-on experience building AI-powered agentic applications. The ideal candidate will be a builder who can rapidly translate business requirements into working solutions, leveraging an existing enterprise AI framework to develop and deploy intelligent agents within a broader AI ecosystem.

This role is focused on execution and delivery, not framework creation. Candidates should thrive in fast-paced environments, be comfortable working within established enterprise architectures, and have a passion for building impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents using Python within an existing enterprise AI framework.
• Build agentic applications that solve real-world business and finance-related use cases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and rapidly convert concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise AI platforms and conversational AI environments.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code following enterprise standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and integration of AI solutions.
• Leverage Oracle ERP Finance data and business processes to enhance AI agent capabilities.
• Continuously improve agent performance, accuracy, and business value through iterative development.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proven experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-powered applications.
• Experience working with LLMs, AI orchestration tools, and enterprise AI ecosystems.
• Ability to quickly build, test, and deploy working solutions within an existing framework.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and application development best practices.
• Experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and data sources into AI solutions.

Candidates with any of the following experience will be highly preferred:

• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP Finance.
• Understanding of finance modules, processes, and data flows.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP tables, schemas, and underlying data structures.
• Ability to identify and leverage finance data for AI-driven use cases.
• Experience building AI solutions that interact with enterprise financial systems.
