Location: Hill AFB Ogden, UT
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Compensation: $105,000–$115,000 annually

SNI Technology/Paladin is seeking an experienced Senior Document Management Specialist for a high-impact opportunity supporting a large-scale enterprise IT operations and infrastructure environment. This role is responsible for leading documentation governance, records management, and compliance activities within a complex federal technology program. The ideal candidate will ensure documentation accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness across enterprise hosting, cybersecurity, change management, and operational support functions. This position supports mission-critical systems and serves as a subject matter expert responsible for maintaining highly visible program documentation and deliverables. Key Responsibilities Maintain documentation related to Configuration and Change Management activities, including system baselines, change records, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and dependency tracking.
Ensure all required program deliverables are complete, accurate, properly formatted, and submitted according to established timelines.
Create and maintain customer-facing documentation and operational agreements including SLAs, MOAs, MFRs, licensing agreements, and supporting documentation packages.
Manage repositories containing configuration, cybersecurity, IT operations, and program documentation while maintaining version control and proper document handling procedures.
Support cybersecurity documentation efforts including vulnerability reporting, system hardening documentation, compliance checklists, and remediation tracking.
Maintain records supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, access control documentation, compliance packages, and security artifacts.
Ensure IT Service Management (ITSM) documentation and operational records are complete, traceable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Develop and maintain operational procedures, workflow documentation, and knowledge articles supporting technical and service teams.
Coordinate and support meetings by preparing agendas, documenting action items, and maintaining meeting records.
Assemble documentation packages supporting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Support stakeholder meetings, program reviews, and executive briefings through preparation of documentation materials and presentations.
Partner with technical teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders to validate document accuracy and ensure alignment with program requirements.
Identify documentation gaps and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Lead high-priority documentation initiatives and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Library Science, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience supporting document management, records management, or technical documentation within IT, government, or enterprise environments.
Experience managing deliverables, documentation repositories, and compliance-related artifacts.
Working knowledge of enterprise IT operations and documentation processes.
Experience supporting Configuration Management, Change Management, ITSM processes, or CMDB governance activities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to maintain audit-ready documentation.
Experience using collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and version-controlled repositories.
Familiarity with Agile environments and methodologies.
Active Secret Security Clearance required.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional certification.
Certified Records Manager (CRM) certification or related credentials.
Experience supporting Department of Defense enterprise IT programs or data center operations.
