Overview

Prominent is seeking two Deskside Support Technicians to provide hands-on support for end-user computing devices and workstation deployments. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ year of IT support, help desk, desktop support, computer repair, or PC deployment experience who enjoy working directly with users and resolving hardware/software issues.

Required Skills

• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

• Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams)
• Basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
