IT Support Technician with Security Clearance

Secret IT Support Technician | Jacksonville, FL | $22-$30/hr Hiring an IT Support Technician to support a DoD healthcare environment in Jacksonville. This role focuses on end-user IT support and Virtual Health/telehealth technology across a hospital and its clinics.

Pay: $22-$30/hr Location: Jacksonville, FL | 100% onsite Schedule: Flexible 8-hour days, core coverage through 4:00 PM Clearance: Active Secret required Certification: Current CompTIA Security+ required Type: 6-month contract-to-hire Start: ASAP What You'll Be Doing
Troubleshoot Virtual Health cameras, VTC systems, devices, and connectivity issues
Support iPhones, iPads, laptops, PCs, Cisco endpoints/DX80s, and telehealth equipment
Resolve hardware, software, device, and end-user IT issues
Manage ServiceNow tickets, software installs, configurations, inventory, and deployments
Assist healthcare providers and hospital staff with Virtual Health technology
Provide hands-on user support and basic technical training
Occasionally support nearby Branch Health Clinics Required
Active Secret clearance
Current CompTIA Security+
IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar hands-on technical experience
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting end users, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Comfortable working independently in an onsite environment Preferred
VTC, video conferencing, AV, or telehealth experience
Cisco endpoint/DX80 experience
ServiceNow experience
DoD, Navy, hospital, or clinical IT experience
Experience supporting iPhones and iPads in an enterprise environment
