The Role • Explore new data sources and create effective queries to understand mission environments. • Combine information from disparate sources to build assessments for senior policymakers. • Leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, and databases to inform officials and operational customers. • Analyze the development of tailored products, including actionable leads and complex written reports. • Apply structured methodologies and specialized subject matter expertise to guide analytic efforts. • Develop new skills and share methodologies while growing expertise within a supportive team environment. What You'll Need • Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within intelligence or Combatant Command environments. • Proficiency in conducting pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis. • Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT, and utilizing high-side tools and databases (e.g., Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer). • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and briefings for various client levels. • Demonstrated ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems. • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
