You’re the connection between the front counter, the technicians, and the customer. You set the tone for sales, service quality, workflow efficiency, and overall customer experience. This role isn’t just about managing a store — it’s about building a business and leading a team toward consistent, measurable success. Lead sales in tires, maintenance, and repair with confidence, product knowledge, and honesty. Coach and motivate service advisors and technicians to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals. 2+ years of proven success in automotive service, retail, or store management
