Project Manager

Overview An established interior fit-out and refurbishment principal contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects across the retail and hospitality sectors.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, managing multiple projects from inception through to completion while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Manage interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to final handover<br />Take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring programmes are met and projects are completed on time<br />Coordinate internal teams including design, commercial, and manufacturing/joinery divisions<br />Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on site<br />Monitor budgets, track costs, and support commercial performance alongside the Quantity Surveying team<br />Ensure compliance with all health &amp; safety regulations and company procedures<br />Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle<br />Lead project meetings, reporting, and progress updates<br />Identify risks early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within interiors, fit-out, or construction<br />Strong track record delivering projects within retail, commercial, or hospitality sectors<br />Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously<br />Excellent organisational and leadership skills<br />Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams<br />Commercial awareness and experience working alongside cost control teams<br />Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning tools<br />Ideally have managed high quality projects up to the value of £7m Full UK driving licence
