The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Tackle a variety of challenges including battery issues, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Work independently, starting and ending your day from home with your own a leading employer in this sector van.
• Combine your technical expertise with outstanding customer service skills.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
