Infrastructure Developer with Golang & Hyper-V || Plano, TX

We are looking for an Infrastructure Developer to design and build a custom control plane for managing Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure at scale. This role sits at the intersection of systems programming, virtualization internals, and cloud-native orchestration you will build the software that provisions, schedules, and manages the lifecycle of Hyper-V virtual machines through a Kubernetes-style control plane, backed by a relational database for state and configuration management.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building infrastructure software from the ground up, not just consuming existing platforms.

• Strong development experience in Infrastructure domain using Kubernetes, Go Lang, and any of the Relational Databases
• C# /.NET Development (Control Plane, APIs, orchestration platform development)
• CI/CD & DevOps Automation (Pipelines, Configuration as Code, Infrastructure Automation)
• Windows Server & Hyper-V Cluster Engineering (Deployment, upgrades, patching, cluster operations)
• Microsoft Hyper-V Enterprise Administration (Failover Clustering, Live Migration, S2D, Virtual Switch, Windows Server)
• Storage & Networking (Storage Spaces Direct, SAN, Virtual Networking, VLAN, SET, performance tuning)
• Infrastructure Performance, Troubleshooting & Architecture (Capacity planning, benchmarking, documentation, root cause analysis)
• System Center Suite (SCVMM, SCOM, SCCM)
• Multi-Hypervisor Experience (VMware ESXi, KVM)
• Security & Performance Tools (Qualys, security compliance, FIO, VMFleet, DiskSPD, AI tools)
