Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer – Schematic Capture & PCB Design
Location: Addison, TX (Onsite)

We're hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to support end-to-end electronic hardware design for a leading engineering services client. This role covers schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware validation for analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform circuit design and schematic capture for analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics
• Develop PCB layouts meeting electrical, thermal, EMC/EMI, and manufacturability requirements
• Support prototype builds, board bring-up, debugging, and root cause analysis
• Create technical documentation (design docs, test procedures, qualification reports)
• Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineering teams

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of hardware design experience
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Allegro or OrCAD (mandatory)
• Experience with Altium Designer is a plus
• Multi-layer PCB design and signal integrity knowledge
• Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, DMMs
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred:

• Aerospace, defense, medical device, or automotive electronics background
• EMI/EMC design experience
• DO-160 familiarity
• FPGA/embedded hardware exposure.
