Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Workday FSCM Reporting Lead to lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of reports, dashboards, and analytics for a large public-sector Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management implementation.
Candidates must have strong Workday reporting-development skills and previous state or local government implementation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management reports and analytics.
- Gather and document reporting requirements from functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop advanced, matrix, composite, trending, and search reports.
- Create calculated fields, dashboards, scorecards, and related analytics.
- Configure reports for finance, procurement, grants, budgeting, and supply-chain users.
- Map legacy reports to Workday reporting capabilities.
- Maintain report inventories, specifications, data definitions, and requirements traceability.
- Validate report data against source systems and reconcile results with functional owners.
- Coordinate report and data-source security with the Workday Security team.
- Troubleshoot reporting defects and optimize report performance.
- Support Workday Prism Analytics, Worksheets, and delivered analytics where applicable.
- Develop reporting procedures and user documentation.
- Support testing, cutover validation, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization.
- Provide detailed reporting-development and project-status updates.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management reporting experience.
- Experience as a Workday Reporting Lead or senior report developer.
- Required experience supporting Workday projects for state or local government organizations.
- Experience completing multiple comparable Workday implementations.
- Advanced experience building custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Workday business objects, report data sources, and reporting security.
- Experience reconciling Workday reports with legacy or external source systems.
- Experience supporting reporting deliverables throughout testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Experience supporting large, complex, multi-entity organizations.
- Strong data analysis, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on a W-2 basis.
- U.S. citizenship required due to contractual requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Philadelphia-area residence.
- Workday Prism Analytics and Worksheets experience.
- Reporting experience involving public-sector financials, grants, budgeting, procurement, and supply chain.
- Experience creating executive dashboards and operational scorecards.
