In this role, you'll:

We are seeking a Functional Analyst - Plan to Deliver to provide senior functional design oversight across key EQUIP initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise and government standards. This role will lead complex design workshops, define and validate business requirements, and develop fit-for-purpose functional solutions across finance and operational processes. You will collaborate closely with architecture, technical, and delivery teams to ensure end to end solution integrity and compliance with governance frameworks. As a senior contributor, you will support testing, resolve defects, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes while managing competing priorities in a complex stakeholder environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in finance or Plan to Deliver processes, and a proven ability to lead functional design in large, complex programs. You bring excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and influence outcomes across diverse business groups. A strong understanding of governance frameworks, enterprise standards, and regulatory requirements is essential, along with the ability to manage dependencies across multiple initiatives. We are looking for a proactive, detail oriented professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring high quality functional outcomes.

Experience
  • 4 - 7+ years of experience in SAP PS/PPM implementation and support. Experience with fit gap analysis, functional specification, solution architecture, testing support, etc.
  • S/4HANA Skills: Strong knowledge of S/4HANA EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management)
  • Proficiency in SAP PPM/PS Integration with other modules, Finance, Asset and Procurement.
  • Experience in building PPS/PS end to end solution for organization that does detail planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with integrating other product with PPM/PS is preferred e.g. Primavera
  • Relevant SAP certification is preferred
