Job Description
About Le Creuset:
At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, weve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. Were not just creating cookware; were creating moments that last a lifetime. If youre inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, wed love to welcome you into our story.
The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
Le Creuset is on an exciting global supply chain transformation journey, investing in our data, processes, people and systems. High-quality, trusted master data is fundamental to this journey: it enables stronger supply chain planning, more reliable performance insight and better operational and strategic business decisions.
As our Group Supply Chain Master Data Manager, you will own and industrialise end-to-end supply chain master data as a strategic asset across the Group. Your remit will extend beyond traditional master data governance, bringing together data quality and operating discipline with data model design, architecture, transformation and enablement across ERP, planning and analytics environments.
Reporting to the Group Senior Director, Supply Chain, you will work closely with the Group Director, Supply Chain Planning and act as a bridge between the business and IT. This UK-based role will lead through influence across a global matrix, shaping priorities, mobilising stakeholders and making a significant impact on the delivery of our supply chain transformation.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
What's on your Daily Menu:
Data Ownership & Governance
Define and embed a global data ownership model, with clear standards, definitions and taxonomies.
Own master data lifecycle governance and lead the forums that support effective, consistent decision-making.
Set data quality measures, monitor performance and drive accountability across regions and functions.
Data Quality & Operations
Ensure effective day-to-day master data operations, including request handling, issue resolution and continuous maintenance.
Strengthen the quality of master data held in ERP and supply chain planning systems.
Oversee data creation workflows, validation rules and cleansing activity, while driving automation of repetitive processes.
Define a clear and responsive service model for supply chain master data.
Data Model & Architecture
Define and maintain the end-to-end supply chain data model.
Ensure alignment between ERP, planning systems and analytics layers.
Act as the business owner for supply chain data architecture requirements, translating operational needs into effective data structures.
Transformation, Planning & Capability
Lead the supply chain master data transformation roadmap and ensure data readiness across major programmes.
Drive data harmonisation and standardisation of planning parameters across the Group.
Ensure master data supports planning processes, KPI frameworks and operational and strategic decisions.
Evolve the master data operating model, build capability and strengthen a culture of data ownership.
Coordinate across manufacturing, procurement, finance and IT to improve consistency across functions and systems.
The Perfect Blend: What Were Looking For
Essential Ingredients
Extensive experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing or transformation roles within a complex organisation.
Practical experience of master data management or data governance, including ownership models, standards and data quality.
Strong understanding of supply chain structures and familiarity with ERP and planning systems.
The ability to translate business needs into clear, scalable data models and architecture requirements.
Programme leadership experience, with the confidence to shape and deliver a cross-functional transformation roadmap.
Strong analytical and KPI-driven thinking, with a structured and pragmatic approach to solving complex problems.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages would be an advantage.
Added Flavour
Experience working across global regions and functions in a matrix organisation.
A track record of data harmonisation, planning parameter standardisation or automation.
Experience defining operating models, service models or long-term data capability requirements.
Your Taste
You are entrepreneurial, comfortable bringing best practice and excited by the freedom to define what good looks like.
You communicate clearly and confidently with people across functions, seniority levels and cultures.
You are adaptable, collaborative and able to prioritise effectively as circumstances change.
You combine integrity and attention to quality with the energy to turn ideas into practical, sustainable ways of working.
What success looks like:
A clear global data governance framework, operating model and ownership matrix are embedded across the business.
An end-to-end supply chain data model aligns ERP, planning and analytics requirements.
Data quality KPIs provide reliable visibility and drive continuous improvement.
The master data roadmap is aligned with the wider supply chain transformation and supply chain IT systems roadmap.
This role will be based at our Andover Head Office. The successful candidate will be required to be in the office 4 days a week.
