Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Oracle Cloud Project Coordinator to support a large enterprise Oracle Cloud program currently in post-implementation stabilization.

The environment includes multiple concurrent workstreams, open issues, vendor coordination, leadership and steering-committee governance, financial tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position will provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager and broader program team, helping ensure meetings, action items, documentation, schedules, project artifacts, invoices, deliverables, and deadlines are accurately tracked and completed.

This is a project coordination and execution role, not a senior Project Manager position. The successful candidate will be someone who is highly organized, reliable, proactive, and capable of ensuring that important details do not fall through the cracks.
