The Role

• Provide IT support to employees, including remote sites and subsidiaries, in a Second Level Support capacity.
• Ensure the operational stability of the client environment.
• Analyze and resolve issues and service requests within the IT infrastructure.
• Act as a competent and service-oriented point of contact for IT inquiries.
• Support users both remotely and on-site as needed.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, network technology, and hardware.
• Methodical, structured, and punctual work style with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness for occasional weekend work and business travel.
