IT Strategy & Performance Operations Manager

The Role

• Support IT strategy and planning cycles by coordinating inputs, drafting materials, and maintaining roadmaps and artifacts
• Prepare performance materials, scorecards, and dashboards across delivery, financials, workforce, and operations
• Manage operating rhythms to ensure materials are ready, meetings run smoothly, and actions are tracked
• Draft leadership-ready materials, slides, summaries, and talking points ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, templates, and workflows while partnering across departments for alignment

What You'll Need

• 5-7 years of experience in IT consulting, operations, strategy execution, enterprise PMO, or technology-focused business roles
• Strong background managing complex cross-functional initiatives, programs, or operational processes and translating information into actionable plans
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready recommendations and drive execution across multiple stakeholders
