Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mappings, and interface specifications.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and QA teams to clarify requirements, support solution design, and resolve defects.
3. Analyze data and system interfaces to support reconciliation, testing, issue investigation, and implementation activities.
4. Participate in testing, defect triage, stakeholder meetings, and implementation activities while ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory requirements.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience as a Business or Functional Consultant supporting healthcare, government, or other complex enterprise technology programs.
Technical Skills	Requirements Analysis, Functional Specifications, Process Mapping, Data Mapping, Interface Analysis, SQL, JIRA, Confluence
Business / Domain Skills	Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, System Implementation, Testing & Validation, Project Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting healthcare enrollment, claims, or eligibility platforms and related transaction workflows.
2. Experience working with government or large enterprise modernization programs and multiple stakeholder groups.
