Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to improve business visibility, streamline reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on centralizing business intelligence, supporting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, and automating recurring reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Intelligence Centralization: Consolidate data, metrics, and reporting across multiple sources into standardized dashboards and a centralized BI framework, establishing consistent KPI definitions and a reliable source of truth.

  • Monthly Business Review: Own and continuously improve the MBR reporting process, including KPI tracking, trend and variance analysis, executive-ready insights, and coordination with business stakeholders.

  • Reporting Automation: Identify manual and repetitive reporting processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and timeliness.

  • Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

  • Data Quality & Governance: Partner with business and technical teams to improve data consistency, validate reporting outputs, and maintain standardized reporting definitions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Develop scalable dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that reduce manual effort and enable teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience

  • Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success

  • Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations

  • High ownership with a strong bias for action

  • Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors

  • Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail

  • Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment

  • Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making

  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly

Desired Profile
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with BI/reporting tools and data analysis, proficiency with Excel and SQL, and the ability to translate complex data into concise business insights for both operational and executive audiences.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $29.42 to $63.65 per hour; from: $61,200 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
