Agile Program Manager with Security Clearance

K2/Threat Tec JV is seeking a qualified Agile Program Manager (APM). The APM will lead the overall contract effort, manage the Agile capacity pool, and interface with Government leadership. Mandatory Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated program management experience leading Agile teams or managing cross-functional, capacity-based professional services contracts.

• At least 3 of those 5 years must have occurred within the past 5 years.
• Demonstrated experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
• Must possess a current, recognized advanced Agile-specific certification.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing Jira to manage enterprise Agile operations.
• Experience using Jira to track personnel capacity, manage backlogs, and forecast delivery velocity.
• Experience generating Agile flow metrics and management dashboards.
• Must demonstrate specific metrics previously used to correct a failing project or improve team performance.
• Personally implemented an enterprise Agile transformation
• Extensive hands-on Jira management experience
• Managed multidisciplinary professional services teams
• Confidently demonstrate Agile processes and Jira workflows during Phase II
• Experience implementing Agile within DoD organizations
• Experience with workforce optimization and capacity-based contracts Acceptable Agile Certifications • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• SAFe Agilist
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
• Equivalent advanced Agile certification Important: The position requires an advanced Agile credential. Geographic Location and Phase II Participation The Government requires Phase II oral presentations and Jira demonstrations to take place in person in Orlando, Florida. The proposed APM identified in Phase I should serve as the primary lead during that presentation.
