The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Respond to diverse issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and end your workday from home, working demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence to navigate diverse call-out locations.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
