The Role

• Generate sales opportunities by contacting businesses and homeowners over the phone.
• Follow up on existing leads and upsell/upgrade current products and services.
• Act as a project manager for sold jobs to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
• Generate and prequalify leads for new business development.
• Collaborate with outside sales teams and branch contacts across the Midwest.
• Gain knowledge of electronic security, physical security, and investigation services.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
