Job Description

Title : Business Analyst IT L3

Location : Torrance, CA - Hybrid ( Local Preferred)

Duration : 9 + months

Type : Contract -W2

The Business Systems Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, and deliver scalable data and integration solutions. This role focuses on data transfers, data exchange between systems, system to system interoperability in support of data privacy initiatives. The analyst will collaborate with business partners, architects, developers, data engineers, and vendors to translate business objectives into actionable requirements and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.

Required Skills: 

  • Business Systems Analysis & Requirements Management

  • System Integration Analysis
  • Solution Design & Delivery Support
  • Testing, Validation & Production Support
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Experience with data platforms and supporting entire project lifecycle implementations
  • Experience supporting enterprise software development and system implementation projects.
  • Experience working with data-centric applications, digital platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
