Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora subscription billing and payment solutions
- Expert knowledge of Zuora APIs, ZOQL, workflows, product catalogue, notifications, and invoice templates
- Hands-on experience designing end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows (renewals, amendments, subscriptions)
- Experience with data migration, callouts, and Zuora object structures
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP systems (nice-to-have)
- Experience with Zuora Revenue or similar revenue recognition tools (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across geographies
