Job Description:

Seeking a Lead DevOps Platform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Automation to improve platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency across enterprise Sales Technology systems.
 

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Build and scale DevOps platforms and automate repetitive operational tasks using Python and PowerShell.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, and Octopus Deploy.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Grafana and Kibana.
• Manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops 7.x, Citrix DaaS, Gateway, NetScaler, and MCS provisioning.
• Support Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, containerization, Linux, Windows, and .NET environments.
• Implement secrets management, service-account security, and credential rotation using HashiCorp Vault and BeyondTrust.
• Support production operations, on-call rotations, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
• Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Copilot.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE experience.
• Experience establishing or scaling DevOps capabilities from scratch.
• Expertise in Python, PowerShell, CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
• Hands-on Citrix infrastructure and Kubernetes/OpenShift experience.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
