The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support to members nationwide.
• Respond to a variety of roadside incidents, including mechanical faults, tyre changes, and electrical issues.
• Provide calm and confident solutions, ensuring member reassurance during stressful situations.
• Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise to identify and resolve vehicle problems.
• Manage your workflow efficiently, starting and ending your shifts from home.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least two years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
