Rate- $65/hr on C2C

Candidates must be local to Columbus, OH

Interview - In person for local candidates. Teams otherwise.

Hybrid: On site every Monday and other days if required. This may change to fully in person

Job: Programmer 4 – Salesforce 8+ year experience as programmer

Description:

Create & maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings

•             Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support applications.

•             Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, etc

•             Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

•             Identify unused or underutilized platform features

•             Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders

•             Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

•             DevOps/release management experience

•             Assisting with requirements gathering, design and development

•             Creating test cases or test scripts for unit testing

•             Performing production support for IT systems 

•             Leading focused discussions on technical topics 

•             Leading & guiding junior developers

•             Reading/Creating technical system documents

•             Communicating and collaborating within different sections of IT and business area

•             Additional duties as assigned.
