Job Description:

We are seeking a Datacenter Engineer with 3+ years of experience supporting data center operations, IT infrastructure, hardware, and structured cabling. The role involves hands-on infrastructure support, project deployments, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with technical teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support data center hardware and physical infrastructure.

• Manage copper and fiber-optic cabling, including routing, patching, labeling, testing, and cross-connects.

• Coordinate fiber installation, testing, splicing, and vendor activities; hands-on termination is not required.

• Support racks, servers, storage, network equipment, low-voltage systems, environmental monitoring, and physical security systems.

• Execute hardware deployments, refreshes, migrations, decommissioning, and Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs).

• Maintain rack layouts, cable maps, fiber pathways, patch panels, connectivity records, and asset documentation.

• Troubleshoot hardware, cabling, connectivity, and basic OS/software issues.

• Collaborate with Network, Systems, Security, Facilities, and external vendors.

• Follow data center safety, rack organization, cable management, and airflow best practices.

Education:
