Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quadient Inspire Developer with strong banking-domain experience to design and develop personalized, data-driven customer communications across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire suite, particularly Inspire Designer and Inspire Automation, along with experience integrating customer communication management solutions with banking applications and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using the Quadient Inspire suite.
  • Build and enhance templates and communication workflows using Inspire Designer.
  • Configure and develop automated communication processes using Inspire Automation.
  • Design personalized, data-driven communications for banking customers.
  • Support omnichannel delivery across various customer communication channels.
  • Integrate Quadient Inspire solutions with banking applications, APIs, and web services.
  • Develop and support SFTP-based data and document exchange processes.
  • Translate business and communication requirements into scalable CCM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application, data, template, and integration issues.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and banking-domain stakeholders.
  • Support testing, deployment, production implementation, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure communication solutions meet enterprise quality and data requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Quadient Inspire development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Automation.
  • Experience designing personalized and data-driven customer communications.
  • Strong experience integrating CCM platforms with enterprise applications.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, and SFTP integrations.
  • Strong understanding of banking or financial services processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
