Salary: $125K–$145K + Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a CAS Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and finance functions for multiple small-to-medium-sized business clients. This role will operate within a shared-services and advisory environment, providing clients with accurate financial reporting, analysis, accounting guidance, and process improvement recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions for multiple business clients.
Review monthly financial statements and perform month-over-month and actual-to-budget variance analysis.
Analyze financial information and provide actionable insights and decision support to clients.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate and implement accounting technologies, systems, integrations, and automation to improve month-end close processes.
Develop and document standardized accounting procedures, methodologies, and templates.
Lead initial client assessments, implementations, and onboarding activities.
Establish processes to ensure high-quality client service and timely deliverables.
Support business development by identifying opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and assisting with presentations and proposals.
Leverage technology and automation to improve internal and client-facing accounting processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; advanced degree is a plus.
CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Public accounting or audit experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting processes, and financial analysis.
M&A accounting experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
