The Role

• Guide product development and evolution to meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition.
• Partner with UX, marketing research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Document requirements and manage feature development for new, innovative solutions.
• Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with various teams to make recommendations and align product/market fit.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep understanding of business, product performance, and industry principles.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics.
• Experience with emerging technologies like AI and ML is a plus.
• Automotive industry experience with a focus on dealer software is preferred.
