Cyber Security Engineer

Key Skills: Python, REST APIs, Cybersecurity, Security Tool Integration

Required Qualifications:

·         10+ years of cybersecurity/security engineering experience.

·         Strong Python and REST API integration experience.

·         Hands-on experience with 3+ enterprise security tools listed above.

·         Engineering/Science degree: BE/ME/BTech/MTech/B.Sc./M.Sc.

Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot REST APIs using OAuth, API Keys, and Bearer Token authentication.

·         Develop production-ready Python scripts and automations for cybersecurity tools and workflows.

·         Integrate and support security platforms such as Tenable NessVM, Imperva WAF, Brinqa, Synopsys Polaris/SCA, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, IBM Guardium, Trend Micro Vision One, and Zscaler.

·         Read API documentation, build API calls, troubleshoot integrations, and support security automation within Agile teams.

·         Follow secure coding, testing, and development best practices for healthcare applications.
