- _Key Responsibilities_*
· Evaluate potential claims, develop case strategy, assess damages and remedies, and communicate practical options and risks to clients.
· Draft demand letters, administrative charges, pleadings, discovery, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
· Conduct and defend depositions, participate in hearings and mediations, negotiate resolutions, and prepare matters for arbitration or trial.
· Manage deadlines, case files, client communications, and billing or timekeeping requirements with accuracy and professionalism.
· Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws, court decisions, agency guidance, and procedural developments.
· Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and co-counsel while contributing to firm knowledge, training, and business-development efforts.
· Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all professional, ethical, and court obligations.
Preferred Qualifications
· Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
· Active license and good standing in *Kentucky* or eligibility for prompt admission.
· Relevant experience in employment law, civil litigation, or a closely related practice area.
· Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise independent judgment.
· Commitment to representing employees with diligence, respect, and cultural awareness.
· Proficiency with common legal research, document-management, and productivity tools.
· Additional state bar admissions in Indiana, Ohio or Tennessee.

- Compensation:* Salary plus Commissions will exceed $90,000.
