Role Eagle STAR/PACE Production Support Analyst REMOTE

Duration 18+ Months

Sr Production Support Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting) and Eagle PACE (Data Management) applications within an investment management

The role involves incident management, root cause analysis, data troubleshooting, release support, stakeholder communication, and Eagle STAR/PACE development activities

Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and systemic issues.
Provide functional and technical troubleshooting for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
Experience working in an L2/L3 production support environment.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Eagle STAR (Performance, Reporting)
Eagle PACE (Data workflows, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)
Oracle SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Experience with Eagle Data Model.
