Human Resources Recruiter

Securitas is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to attract and hire security professionals and support staff in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting: partnering with hiring managers to define needs, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks and onboarding. You’ll ensure compliance with employment laws and Securitas standards while promoting our culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. This role offers growth within HR and security operations as you help build teams that protect people, property, and communities.
