The Role

• Accountable for the overall integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial results for multiple plant operations within the region.
• Partner with Senior Operations Directors and operations management teams to provide comprehensive financial leadership.
• Interpret and present monthly EBITDA results, offering financial guidance and support on key business decisions.
• Manage and review financial support for capital expenditure requests, ensuring compliance and accurate projections.
• Oversee the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead the development of the annual Operating Plan for manufacturing facilities in the region.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's in Accounting required; CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a Controller level, with manufacturing and costing expertise.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and financial accounting systems, controls, and compliance procedures.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills.
• Staff management experience with excellent verbal, written communication, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a changing environment with a high level of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
