  • We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to lead the implementation and enhancement of large, high-priority IT projects.
    The selected candidate will lead projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities. A key focus will be the iSMART / Training Management System (TMS) replacement, along with continued support and enhancement of the Web Infrastructure for Treatments (WITS) product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high-profile IT projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes using RAID logs and change management processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Application, Data Warehouse, Informatics, Networking, Security, and Service Management.
  • Manage vendors and facilitate discussions between business stakeholders, IT teams, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and schedule and take corrective action when needed.
  • Prepare weekly status reports, project metrics, executive updates, and presentations.
  • Develop and manage Communication Plans, Deliverables Matrices, Project Management Plans, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate system testing, training, orientation, peer reviews, and implementation activities.
  • Ensure projects follow established PMO standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
  • Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies through resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
  • Mentor junior project management staff as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–9 years of relevant Project Management experience.
  • Active PMI PMP certification held for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Candidate must currently reside in Pennsylvania at the time of submission. No relocation candidates.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Harrisburg, PA office at least 1 day per month, with additional onsite days as required.
  • Strong experience managing complex IT projects through the complete project lifecycle.
  • Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue management, change management, testing, and implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, communication, and leadership skills.

Highly Desired

  • Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
  • Strong Public Healthbackground.
  • Experience supporting Drug and Alcohol Programs, behavioral health, treatment programs, or related public-sector initiatives.
  • Experience working with government/public-sector IT PMO environments.
