Test Lead with Cybersecurity & Infrastructure & Networking
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote

Position Summary
  • Client is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Test Lead to lead the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, cloud, and Operational Technology (OT) testing activities across enterprise environments.
  • This position combines traditional testing leadership with strong technical knowledge across cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, firewalls, servers, telecommunications, and utility technology environments.
  • The Test Lead will be responsible for validating the security, availability, resiliency, performance, and operational readiness of critical IT and OT infrastructure supporting utility operations.
  • This individual will partner closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Operational Technology, Architecture, Project Delivery, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet business, security, regulatory, and operational requirements prior to deployment.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience across testing/QA, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or related technical environments.
  • 3+ years leading technical testing teams, programs, or initiatives.
  • Strong experience with infrastructure and/or cybersecurity testing.
  • Experience developing test strategies and coordinating testing across multiple technical teams.
  • Experience with:
  • Infrastructure testing

  • Security testing
  • Integration testing
  • Disaster recovery testing
  • Operational readiness testing
  • UAT
  • Change and release validation
Strong knowledge across several of the following areas:
  • Cybersecurity controls and frameworks
  • Firewalls including Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, and/or Fortinet
  • Networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
  • Cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Active Directory
  • Identity and Access Management
  • Windows and Linux servers
  • Virtualization technologies
  • Infrastructure monitoring solutions
  • Security monitoring and SIEM platforms
  • Vulnerability management tools
  • Backup and disaster recovery solutions
