Looking for an experienced Desktop Support professional with strong hands-on troubleshooting, hardware support, and onsite IT operations experience.

6+ Month Contract | Onsite

  • Windows OS Imaging, Installation & Configuration
  • SCCM/Autopilot & PC Staging
  • Hardware Break/Fix & Upgrades
  • Network Refresh & Smart Hands Support
  • Laptop Deployment & User On/Offboarding
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe & Enterprise Apps
  • Printers, Scanners, Copiers, AV & Digital Signage
  • Mobile Device Activation & Support
  • VSAT / Field Connectivity Support
  • Server Hardware & UPS Support
  • IT Asset Tracking, Data Wiping & E-Waste Disposal
  • OEM Vendor Coordination
  • ServiceNow / ITSM Ticket Management
