Job Description

We are CRDN (Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network), the industry leader in personal property and contents restoration, helping families and businesses recover textiles, electronics, artwork, and other belongings after fire, water, smoke, and other loss events. We're growing our local team and looking for a sales-driven professional who wants to build lasting commercial relationships while developing hands-on project management skills. We're hiring an experienced, motivated salesperson to drive business-to-business growth for our contents restoration services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial accounts — and who is eager to grow beyond sales into project management. You'll split your time between sales work (contacting and meeting new prospective clients, and introducing yourself to existing clients) and field work (meeting new clients onsite, discussing our process, getting teams started at jobs, project logistics & management).

This new role will primarily be focused in New York's Hudson Valley (Orange, Rockland, Dutchess, Ulster, and Sullivan counties) and surrounding areas, but may also be called upon to help in our other territories of Northeast Pennsylvania, and the greater Binghamton, NY. You'll work out of our offices in Newburgh, NY and may frequently travel to our warehouse/storage facilities in Middletown NY, Port Jervis, NY and Duryea, PA. We will provide a car for you to use during the work day.

Generate and manage new B2B business through outreach to insurance carriers, agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial clients.

  • Represent CRDN at jobsites, assessing loss situations and explaining our restoration process for textiles, electronics, artwork, and contents.
  • Spend time in our warehouse learning restoration workflows so you can accurately scope jobs and set client expectations.
  • Partner with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project execution.
  • Progressively take on project management responsibilities — tracking timelines, coordinating logistics, and ensuring jobs are completed to CRDN standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account activity in our CRM.
  • Represent the CRDN brand professionally in all client and community interactions. Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (restoration, insurance, or related industry experience a plus).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable prospecting, networking, and closing new business.
  • Willingness and interest to learn project management — no prior PM experience required, just a genuine desire to grow into it.
  • Comfortable working across varied environments: office, client sites, and warehouse.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a professional, trustworthy presence.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local jobsite visits.
  • Basic computer/CRM proficiency; ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Competitive compensation with growth potential as you take on project management duties.
  • Hands-on training in a specialized, in-demand industry.
  • A supportive team environment backed by a respected national brand.
If you're a driven salesperson who wants to build real relationships, get your hands into meaningful work, and grow into project management, we'd love to hear from you.
