The Role

• Engage in practical phases at a local partner company, applying theoretical knowledge.
• Support colleagues in providing practical, goal-oriented, and pedagogical guidance in various life settings.
• Gain comprehensive insight into fields like socio-psychiatric support, educational assistance, and pedagogical school support.
• Specialize in one of four areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Social Work.

What You'll Need

• Possess a (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or be a state-certified technician/business administrator.
• Demonstrate German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Exhibit qualities such as diligence, responsibility, and discretion in your work.
• Possess empathy, understanding, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience.
• Prior experience in a Voluntary Social Year, Federal Volunteer Service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
