• Support colleagues in practical, goal-oriented, and pedagogical guidance within individual living spaces, family life, and education.
• Undertake practical phases with a local company.
• Specialize in one of four areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School Contexts.

• *What You'll Need**
• (Technical) high school diploma (Abitur), a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator qualification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Diligence, sense of responsibility, and discretion.
• Empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and resilience.
• Previous experience in voluntary social work (FSJ), federal volunteer service, or other volunteer activities is advantageous.

• Monthly salary of €305 - €340 gross, depending on the company.
• Tuition fees covered, up to €789 monthly.
